mameon is a story-driven content and marketing platform that helps founders, marketers, and agencies create and publish campaign content. mameon operates under dual incorporation in Ireland (EU) and the State of Delaware, USA.
For users in the European Union and European Economic Area, the data controller is mameon's Irish entity. For users in the United States, the data controller is mameon's Delaware entity.
This policy applies to all users of the mameon platform, including individual marketers, freelancers, founders, SMEs, SMBs, and agencies. mameon is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using mameon, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Your name and email address, collected when you create an account.
Payment information required to process your subscription or one-off purchases. This is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. mameon does not store your full card details.
Content you submit to the platform, including campaign briefs, copy, creative direction, and any other material you provide when using mameon's tools. At present, this content is processed to generate your output and is not retained after your session ends. We will update this policy if that changes.
Data about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session activity. This helps us understand how mameon is being used and where it can be improved.

Content you submit may be processed by third-party AI model providers, including Anthropic and Google, in order to generate your campaign outputs. These providers process your content under their own terms and data processing agreements.
Stripe processes all payment transactions. Your billing data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
When you use mameon to publish content, we post on your behalf to the advertising and social platforms you have authorised, such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others. Only the content and credentials you have explicitly connected are shared with these platforms.
mameon does not share your data with any other third parties beyond those listed above.
mameon uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform. At minimum, we use session cookies that are necessary for the platform to function. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with mameon.
We will update this section with full detail on cookie categories and opt-out options before the platform launches publicly. Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
Account and billing data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records, such as financial records required under tax law.
