The rules of the road for using mameon — accounts, plans, ownership, and everything in between.
By creating an account or using the mameon platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mameon. mameon operates under dual incorporation in Ireland (EU) and the State of Delaware, USA.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use mameon. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
mameon is a story-driven content and marketing platform. It enables users to create campaign content including written copy, images, audio, voiceover, music, and video, and to publish that content to connected advertising and social media platforms.
mameon uses third-party AI models to generate content on your behalf. The quality, accuracy, and suitability of AI-generated content is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing or distributing them.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. mameon is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person or entity without their authorisation.
Creating content on mameon is free. mameon charges for specific actions and features that incur immediate, irrecoverable costs on your behalf. These include:

When you initiate a boost through mameon, mameon immediately commits funds to the relevant advertising platform and incurs transaction costs on your behalf. These costs are irrecoverable from the moment you confirm the boost. By confirming a boost, you acknowledge that the service is fully and immediately consumed and that no refund is possible.
Charges for video editing and Marketing Brain access are applied at the point of use. These services are delivered and consumed immediately upon request.
mameon does not offer refunds on any paid features. All charges correspond to services that are immediately and fully performed, and to costs that mameon incurs on your behalf the moment you initiate them. Where you are a consumer based in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of a digital purchase. However, by initiating any paid action on the mameon platform, you expressly request immediate performance of that service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived from the moment the service is performed, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you believe a charge was applied in error, contact us via the contact form on our website and we will investigate.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to mameon, including briefs, brand materials, and any other inputs you provide.
You own all outputs generated through mameon, including copy, images, audio, voiceover, music, and video. mameon assigns to you all rights it may hold in outputs generated specifically for you through use of the platform.
By using mameon, you grant mameon a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce your outputs for mameon's own promotional purposes, including marketing materials, case studies, social media, and advertising. This licence does not affect your ownership of the outputs.
All intellectual property in the mameon platform itself, including its software, design, branding, and underlying models, belongs to mameon. You have no rights in the platform beyond the limited licence to use it as described in these Terms.
You acknowledge that outputs generated by mameon may be similar to outputs generated for other users. mameon does not warrant that your outputs are unique or that they do not infringe the rights of any third party. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of outputs complies with applicable law.
You agree not to use mameon to:
mameon reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a use violates these standards.
mameon enables you to publish content to third-party advertising and social media platforms. By connecting those platforms to your mameon account, you authorise mameon to post content on your behalf.
mameon is not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of any third-party platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.
mameon may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-payment.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any outputs you have already generated and downloaded remain yours.
The mameon platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. mameon makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including as to its accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability.
mameon does not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, free from error, or suitable for your specific use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all outputs before use.
mameon is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, including any advertising campaigns, business decisions, or communications based on that content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mameon's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to mameon in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mameon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, even if mameon has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits mameon's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
mameon may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also be entitled to refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body. Information on online dispute resolution is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms, together with the mameon Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mameon in relation to your use of the platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
mameon's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future.
